There is always great garden inspiration in Europe. You don’t have to go that far though, there is beauty just around the corner in Southern California too.
Taking time to enjoy a little inspiration in your life will make you more relaxed, happier, and yes even calmer. All work and no play makes Jack a dull dog – let’s remedy that! I find that when life hits me the hardest, a walk out in nature whether a garden or the wilds of our beautiful hills, I can find a comfortable space to be in my head and my body more easily. Taking on a lot of things, many of them not of your choice can be hard on you so having great places to unwind is a way of finding inspiration and calmness. Which we all need.
