Camellia Care
Camellia Care – One of Southern California’s beautifully abundant winter bloomers, camellias put on an amazing show from October through March. The Yuletide Camellias have been putting on their show for Christmas, so I thought a re-run of my Camellia Care Post would be perfect timing for the weekend between Christmas and New Year’s. Enjoy!

Holiday Pet Safety is very important. We spend time with our family and friends but it is important to remember are pets are our family too – and they need to be protected. Garden Ornaments
Garden Ornaments – are a wonderful design too, I am so happy when my clients already have ornaments and I thoroughly enjoy working with client to find just the perfect addition to their garden. Garden ornaments add punch to a yard, transforming that space into a personalized garden sanctuary.
There are many things that can be added to your design as an accent and allow your personality to shine through. I have had more than one client that has spent time researching just the right ornament for a partner and surprise them with a gift during the holidays or for a birthday and as a designer I love when they share those with me, so that we can work with those pieces in mind to create a spectacular surprise!
This past week I worked on a backyard spruce up and the couple had a very cute alligator that we put into one of the garden beds. This photo was a big hit on my Facebook and Instagram pages so I know I’m not the only one that like to add a little levity or personality to a garden.
