Gardening Tasks for September in Southern California

Yes, I know it is hot but you can certainly still get a few things done around the garden in the cooler hours.  Here is a list of Gardening Tasks that you should focus on this month.

Not on this list but very important:  PLANNING!  This is a perfect time to day dream about what you want to do in the garden, talk to people that can help you make your dream a reality, and get things scheduled for next month and into the late fall.  Gardening Tasks in October and on will be a lot more hands on, contractors and designers alike will be super busy because that is the best time to plant all those beautiful water wise plants that do so beautifully (and save water) her is Southern California.

Garden Design, plant consultation, or hardscape discussion we can share them all! I love collaborating with my clients to help them create the garden of their dreams. You will be amazed at what you can do when you have a partner in horticultural crime. Give me a call at 661-917-3521 or visit my website and contact me there.
