April Gardening

It is time to get out into the garden!  Here is your list for April Gardening Chores.

DeVita

We are so lucky to have gotten some rain this winter, not quite enough but some of it seemed timed perfectly to coax those blooms into action and make April Gardening both beautiful and rewarding.  Last week was Green Thumb’s Spring Opening in Newhall so I know many of you have stocked up on beautiful new plants and ornaments, time to get out in the garden and enjoy them.

April gardening can be very rewarding, and although it is going to be hot next week we have the extra hours  in the evening so there is plenty of time to get those chores taken care of.   Please take a look at your gardening chores for April, and get your own person list started.

I would also like to add to the list of April gardening chores, if you are planting a new garden consider using the watershed approach. Create a rain garden, do some sheet mulching, get out there and learn how to help our planet.  One garden at a time.  Your garden!

If you are interested in learning more about the watershed approach, creating a beautiful garden designed just for you, or just to chat about all things gardening give me a call at 661-917-3521.  Or if you’d like you can visit my website and contact me there.
