Thanksgiving

Farmer's Market - Pumpkins Plus

Thanksgiving weekend is a time to reflect on your life and to be not only grateful, but helpful too.  I think Thanksgiving means sharing with others, and giving back.

Make some time this weekend (and every week) to stop and sit in silence thinking about what you are thankful for.  I like to go out and enjoy nature, and find that outdoors is a great place to connect and be closer to myself and my feelings.

Take a walk outside, it heals your soul, your body and your mind.  Enjoy the beauty all around you and think about those that you have to be thankful for and how you can help them a little more.

Give that older relative a call, help that new mother with a meal, walk someone’s pup when they are under the weather, share some wonderful food with a neighbor.  These are the things that really mean something to your family, friends and neighbors.

I am thankful for my family, my friends, my clients, my dogs, and my neighbors and I love to show them.  This Thanksgiving, aside from my words I want to share some beauty with you, maybe it will inspire you to share more with others.

Thank you all for being a part of my life, I really appreciate you.
