Happy Holidays

NoCal Tree

Happy Holidays, or is it Stressful Holidays? Everyone is out and about, if you haven’t gotten your to do list done don’t fret.  Your Southern California Garden can help you unwind from the frantic pace of the season, a garden is a naturally grounding place so take advantage of what you have at your finger tips.  If you have a long day ahead, take some time in the morning to bring your morning repast outside, sit in the sun and prepare yourself for the day.  If you have less to do, take advantage of your time and read, relax, or go for a hike!

You will be a better host, guest, friend, parent, spouse, and child if you take some time out of your busy schedule to get connected to nature and all that surrounds you – California makes it easy but you can still take advantage of the outdoors wherever you are.  Don’t forget, it is a very important part of your life.

Now, that you’ve got that under your belt, how about visiting someone that is stuck indoors at the season and taking them out for a stroll, a ride, or a cup of tea!
